
Today’s recipe we have a cheesy fish pie. When I first made Aniya fish I really thought she would be fussy with it but it turns out she loves this meal. It’s fast becoming one of her favourites.
With the fish you want to ensure that the fillets are appropriately deboned so not to risk choking for babies. Fish is a very healthy source of protein for growing babies. It’s also great to mix with other veg or you can simply serve fish baked alone this is so that baby can grab at the soft fish flakes and feed themselves it’s a great way to get them involved.
Recipe
- 1 white fish fillet (I used basa)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium potato
- 5g cheese
For this recipe I literally prep the veg and pop it into my trusted tommee tippee baby food maker I steam it all together. Once cooked I add in the cheese and blend together and you cheesy fish pie is ready to go.
This recipe can stay refrigerated for 48hours or frozen up to 3 months
